Exchanges and returns
1. WARRANTY AFTER PURCHASE
All Dormideo products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects. To know the warranty period, you should refer to each product sheet where you can find the warranty duration.
2. WHEN CAN A PRODUCT BE RETURNED
Dormideo gives you a period of 30 nights to test the purchased mattresses.
Within the first 14 days, you can return or exchange your mattress as long as it is in its original packaging and has not been used.
In addition, Dormideo offers all its customers an exceptional 30-night trial period, during which you can choose to exchange the mattress model for another one that better suits your needs. In this case, the product may have been unpacked and/or used.
The return transportation costs will always be paid by the customer.
Bedding, pillows, upholstered bases, box springs, bed frames, and bed foundations cannot be exchanged or returned.
Refer to section 6.2 on exceptions to the right of withdrawal in the terms of use for more information.
3. WHEN CAN A PRODUCT BE EXCHANGED
Mattresses are a hygienic product that is not subject to legislative changes, but Dormideo allows its customers to exercise the 30-night trial warranty within the first 30 days, during which the mattress can be exchanged (See section 6.2 Terms of Use).
The 30-Night Trial Guarantee from Dormideo is part of our company's philosophy, committed to the rest of our customers. Please note that if you make use of the 30-Night Trial Guarantee, the new mattress we deliver to you will not have the right of withdrawal, even if it is perfectly packaged.
The return transportation costs will always be charged to the customer.
Bedding, pillows, upholstered bases, bed frames, and foldable or fixed storage bases cannot be exchanged or returned.
4. WHY SOME PRODUCTS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED
It should be noted that many of the products that make up a rest equipment are hygienic, which is why both bed linen and pillows are exempt from any type of exchange or return.
Upholstered bases, sofas, and bed bases are customized products manufactured for the customer with previously selected fabrics and specifications.
5. WHAT TO DO TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN A PRODUCT
To exercise your right to exchange or return a product, you must directly contact the Dormideo Incidents Department. They will analyze your case and inform you of the steps you need to take to complete the exchange or refund.

6. DEADLINES FOR PRODUCT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Whenever a product is returned, it must be done within 14 calendar days after receiving the order.
For mattress exchanges, you have a 30-night Dormideo trial guarantee.
7. CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH THE PRICE CHANGES DURING AN EXCHANGE
In addition, in the case of changing the Dormideo model, if the price of the chosen model is lower, we will pay you the price difference.
If the price is higher, the customer must pay the difference for the change to be made.
Dormideo's main objective is to provide you with the right and desired rest. Any mattress exchange will be made according to these conditions and for a mattress of the same category or nature.
8. SHIPPING COSTS FOR AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN
The cost of shipping for an exchange or return is €70 for returning an unused mattress in its original packaging.
In addition, within 30 days of receiving the mattress, you can exercise the right to exchange it, in which case the shipping cost is €120. (See section 6.2 Terms of Use)
