Yes, we have been manufacturers for 25 years. They are made in Spain, in Vinaroz, Castellón.
Why are mattresses rolled?
Mattresses are manufactured and rolled to order, so the mattress does not suffer any damage, nor does it lose firmness or quality. This way, the package is much more compact, and we can reduce the carbon footprint of orders by over 50%.
How long can a mattress stay rolled up?
A mattress can be stored rolled up for a maximum of 3 months.
How can you offer high-quality mattresses at such low prices? What's the secret?
One of the advantages of being manufacturers is that in our design, production, and distribution processes, we have no intermediaries. This reduces costs and allows us to offer a high-quality mattress at the most competitive price possible.
Is shipping always free?
Shipping is free for orders over 100 euro. For orders below that amount, the shipping cost is 99.90 euros.
How many days will it take for my order to arrive?
We manufacture our mattresses to order. Once confirmed, we produce it on the same day so you can enjoy it within 24/72 hours.
Other items, such as bed bases or frames, may have a different delivery time, slightly longer. All the details are available on the product description, and we will always keep you informed of the process.
Are mattresses returned after a trial period resold?
We only sell new mattresses manufactured to order. When a mattress is returned, it is donated to one of the organizations we collaborate with.
Can I use the mattresses on any type of support?
Our memory foam mattresses can be used on both slatted frames and upholstered bases.
For latex mattresses, it is recommended to use them on slatted frames to maximize their properties.
For spring mattresses, upholstered bases are ideal.
All our mattresses can be purchased in a bundle with a base or frame.
What are the maintenance tips for mattresses?
To sleep well, it is important to ventilate the room every day and rotate/flip the mattress according to its characteristics and materials. We also recommend using a fitted sheet or a protective cover.

How does the 30-day trial period work?
We are confident that you will love your new mattress, which is why you have 30 days and 30 nights to test your new Dormideo mattress.
If you are not completely satisfied, we will exchange it for another one without further questions. You only need to pay the return shipping costs. If you choose a more expensive mattress, you will need to pay the difference; if it’s cheaper, we will refund the difference. Easy!
Please keep the packaging until you are sure you want to keep the mattress so that you can return it in the best condition and we can donate it for a second life.
